This is happening years before I ever imagined. LG just fully involved arm with many of their products. I believe this trial will be the end. win or lose. We won the first with the same products.

LG is claiming to use cores from arm, krait and scorpion. They are all arm based. They are also arguing single core vs dual core. My view, maybe they can kick out single cores. All have pll's. Just like our legal rep stated. They will try to confuse and throw anything out. Brilliant strategy. we now have arm in court with many or most of their products. Is LG on our side?

They have fully identified all the products with arm cores.
