Make no mistake, it is NOT inability, but UNWILLINGNESS!

The question is/was WHY?!

What would they LOSE by going to the mat to force Leckrone out of licensing control?! What would've been revealed about them?! Even now, Alliacence seems to STILL be in on the licensing effort even though PTSC has tried to suggest otherwise through the misleading 8-K filing a couple of months ago.
