Re: Stipulation-Dismissa... aren't we through with the '336?
Despite the infamous ITC decision I would think the '336 patent has been examined to death (literally in terms of its lifetime) - so what would be the reason for further litigation regarding the '336 patent?
I don't quite understand the US legal system ...lol
