I hope some NON-NDOC "partner"....

It will be very interesting to see the markman result about the "entire" issue. No other claims seem to be in dispute, re 336, 890, 749.

May be the NDOC 6 or some of them will settle afterwards if they see no gain in the markman results? (same or similar to HTC case)

May be in future (like the USPTO did not accept further requests for MMP re-examinations) a U.S. court will not accept further cases with "markman requests on the MMP"...?

But.... sure wishful thinking.
