If what all are saying on this board is correct, that Pohl did not know who the Jap4 were when asked at the conference then us investors have a serious problem. His employment should be terminated immediately and I don`t have sympathy for any of the excuses provided for him by this board. This is a company with 2 employees and one lawsuit currently pending and if the guy at the helm can`t remember or figure that out he has no business being here...period! I didn`t listen to the presentation but from the sides I saww it looked amateurish. It sounds to me that Pohl is at a complete disconnect with this company and probably explains why he doesn`t return anyone`s phone calls or e-mails. Completely inexcusable for a CEO not to know who is involved with a lawsuit that has been pending for over 2 years.
