...or invest the money in an area where infringers have to proofe "not to infringe", rather than the other way around. AND have to pay ALL lawers fees if they loose a case...

Btw. in most other justice areas i think you are correct;

and i am not talking about, how sometimes the police in some areas is dealing in varoius cases..... AND i consider in Europe we have as well some of those cases with desperate refugees.
