I really feel like Bumgardner is exposing the rats. This is the first time I can recall side side by side comparison of what it is like pre-336 patent and post-336 patent. I think some have said here repeatedly that the difference pre and post is dramatic.

Unfortunately we are put in a position that we have to navigate through the "I" dotting and the "T" crossing down to the point of the dictionaries definition of "generate".

If I have said it once I have said it 1000x's, parts of our legal system are an embarrassment and the scum shilocks are making a mint off of the little guys, and big guys I suppose. I am just glad the Bumgardner layed it out in simple terms because if this goes to a jury trial again, we need to keep it simple and on layman's terms. I also take some comfort in that it appears that Bumgardner has more resources that Otteson did. I just hope Otteson is not backdooring information to anyone... None of these guys can really be trusted I suppose. Look where trust got all of us shareholders!
