At what point does the "hypothesis" of the MMP become a "Theory" and we can move past the "what the meaning of is is" and get to the nitty-gritty: Do the supposed infringers microprocessors practice the MMP or not?

These lawyers will argue until the end of the world, that is what they are paid to do. Hopefully our current cases will put an end to this once and for all, and we all might live an easier life.
