May be the BOD of PTSC and the "team" PTSC/TPL would not have anxiously (?) folded, but would have gone to the end.

Yes still it would have asked real leadership competence and not only "administrative" reporting of a project or company.

Anyway it is IMO, an it works in good old Europe.
