could either of you please tell me if the company is required to publicly tell us why they dropped Sony? They are the ones who publicized the fact that we were suing Sony and made it a big deal. Now all of a sudden with the new Texas suit, no Sony and no reason why. I have emailed Hawk and have to date not rec. a reply.

If it was mentioned at the analyst meeting, I apologize as I have a Mac and could not access the webcast. I would do it at work but have been extremely busy the last few weeks.

I would really like your take on this as I feel there is something substantial behind the deletion of Sony and I think we should know what is going on. I have talked with Mr. Pohl a few times and each time he dodges and weaves (what else would you expect) but he has not given a good reason regarding the ``missing`` Sony or the fact that the advisory board has Never met.

I really am thinking this may be a case for the sec and although I do not want to lose my investment in ptsc I am tired of watching Shwartz et al make a mockery of

the free market. Sure he ``invested`` his money to keep the company afloat but so did we and his manipulation is no longer funny.
