How do we hold the Leckrones accountable for damages and the increased costs of Dominion's resultant time and money consuming necessity for reverse engineering - work for which we have already paid TPL and Alliacense?
Do you think PDS will try now to force TPL into Ch 7? Surely this impacts TPL's ability to get revenue for MMP and thus pay creditors, if the inactions of Allicense are slowing down the monetizing of MMP.
How long can PDS fund Dominion without needing cash, or is this why these settlements are dribbling in, probably at bargain rates? Does this also mean Chuck Moore is not getting anything or is PDS still paying him? For what?
What would stop PDS from making a capital call and force TPL's hand? How "independent" is this mysterious third PDS person who requested and was granted anonymity? This person is the key to any future PTSC might have, as his vote determines PTSC's financial fate, so how come we are not allowed to know the identity of the only person with more power than Carlton Johnson?
