If the commercialization agreement is broken, because of the TPL bankruptcy, then TPL and PTSC become competing owners of the same IP, and EACH can license the MMP at it's own discretion. Thus TPL's motive for not turning over the prior reverse engineering is that they maintain a competitive advantage over PTSC in the effort to license/negotiate. If anyone thinks Chuck Moore is going to side with PTSC, you're dreaming, IMO. In the end, he's probably gotten all he will ever get from the MMP, and if he has a chance for anything more, it's with his friend Dan Leckrone, not with our band of bozos.

IMO, Leckrone has PTSC just where it wants them, and where PTSC BOD members CHOSE to put themselves and us long ago. Powerless!

The only option PTSC will have IMO, and perhaps not a bad option in reality, is to simply say the MMP License fee is $100K for a companies of $1M to $10M in annual revenue, $200K for $10M to $50M, $300K for $50M to $100M, etc. etc.

Essentially, it's a nuisance fee threshold licensing model, and sure, it makes PTSC a patent troll, but it undermines Leckrone as well. Due to the patent expirations, it really holds no teeth in the end, IMO, and most companies will decide to ignore PTSC AND TPL, and our BOD will bleed the remaining life out the PTSC treasury going through the motions, and collecting their blood money.

Ultimately, PTSC is exactly where Carlton Johnson, Glorial Felcyn , Cliff Flowers & Dan Leckrone WANTED us to be all along. In a position where they have each continued to enrich themselves through this process, where they've enriched their lawyer friends, and where they'll be able to ultimately put the company to bed, in a controlled fashion that limits their legal exposure.

It could have been completely different if they had been ethical and professional stewards, but they are not and have never been.
