Decsision is make it or break it IMHO... I just wonder how long Grewal takes to render his decision. Should be about 5 minutes if he takes into account the dozens or so of other positive Markman decisons.

Worst case for us today is a settlement. Let's get this over with to stave off future uncertainty.
