I understand your points but then why did we agree to the Joint Motion which says quite clear we don't like the CC?

This all is so shocking, especially a Judge saying "A" in 2013 and now says "B" in 2015 - how can justice prevail if it's subject to the daily sentiment of a Judge?
One day he thinks this and judges this way, the next day he thinks that and judges that way - which is the opposite ...
