Don't ask me why but I continue to get this feeling that Chhabria will hold Grewal's feet to the fire on the CC recommendation and ask why the reversal of his opinion.

I wonder how HTC feels after loosing the jury verdict, albiet a small award, and now Grewal does an aboout face. I would imagine that Chhabria can revert back to the precvious CC that Grewal decided on and apply it here.

I get the feeling that this may not be a slam dunk for the defendents. And let's not forget, Grewal is not saying the patents are invalid, he is saying that these products do not infringe. So that being the case, and assuming that the CC stands, does this better define who we go after going forward with more percise focus as opposed to cluster bombing the alledged crooks?
