Would be nice if you are right...only think I can hope for as selling at this point is pointless..

I know this is pure speculation but do you think all the BS that has gone on with this Company has anything to do with Judges decision? Like he isn't gonna waste anymore judicial capital on a Company that doesn't deserve it? I mean PTSC, Lecktrone & the rest don't come off as the lovable underdog that people want to pull for. Maybe judge is just like I'm tired of these guys and I can tweek my ruling the other way and hopefully they will just fold. They aren't litigating to benefit the little guy (retail shareholders) so why should I benefit them..they are just a parasite on the courts at this point...

Also It kinda sucks that you have 18 positive markmans and then you get 1 that narrows your design and it sinks the whole company...
