Thank you, I'm not sure I have a good idea but I do find some logic in the rebuttal.

The question is, 'Will we be able to convince the court that their conclusion was faulty?'

I guess it could happen, but all we (or our attorneys) can do is wait. I was impressed by how much they had to say but iam not ready to buy more shares , which means that might be the thing to do.
