Damn straight.

The secret, peanuts agreement between Leckrone and Apple was the single biggest blow to our future.

Our board covering it up until it was exposed by court documents, then their CYA suit resulted in ... what???

If there ever was a worse case of lost potential, this surely was it.

Does anyone have any doubt that the HTC jury used the Apple license against us?
