Let's take a share count to see if we ahve enough to start a proxy fight... Might not really cost that much to gain control...

Considering my Limit to buy 100,000 at $.008 and another to buy 100,000 at $.01 did not fill today, I have 850,100 shares. B/E is $.09 so I am really in the sh!tter with this.
