I believe I speak for many if not all PTSC stock holders when I say this PTSC situation has been shameful. Adding insult to injury, our illustrious overpaid BOD needs to take a major cut in their pay. It’s time the BOD do the right thing while we see poor performance and a disgusting stock price.Take ownership and stop pointing fingers at others in making excuses. Bottom line, miss management and poor communication to shareholders.Any other “public” company would have fired this BOD. Suspicion that the BOD is corrupt and in bed with DL and/or Alliance.

It’s damn shameful that we as stock holders have to accept this poor performance while the BOD pays themselves an obscene amount of money while we sit at $ .016 !
