Does anyone else find this as disgusting, despicable and downright unprofessional as I do?

No mention of PDS or PTSC. Email address is not PTSC so communciations would never show on PTSC computers if a search was ever made. Worse yet it seems Eric Swartz is likely to have had access permissions to any such communications. Surely this could be considered by some to be a btrach of fiduciary duties.

This is in Exhibit A of http://photos.imageevent.com/banos/tplbk/Exhibits%20A%20thru%20K%2010-29-15.pdf. Also Exhibit B cites "Patriot Scientific Corporation and Carlton Johnson" as Claimants and the drops into the mess caused (by Carlton Johnson?) in using PTSC instead of PDS in certain oppositions to TPL.
