I wondered the same thing about Leckrone and asked the same thing about the patents. Latest ruling does not say that the patent is not valid, it just defines the patent visa vi the claim construction. Based upon the newly revised claim construction, does anyone infringe?

I guess this needs to be answered by Dominion and the reverse engineering, where ever that may be.
