Appears there is not sufficent interest in the idea. A guess is that those with expressed interest represent perhaps 2% where 5% is needed.

Thanks and best wishes to those who were willing to commit to try. I wish it was in my skill set to make a judgement as to what type of entity would be required but I am not a lawyer. I was even of a mind to give up a percentage of my shares to he or she that was willing and able to pull it off.
