Thanks folks

Looks like 20.5M is requied twix all who have responded including me we are over 10% of the way there.

The question remains is it possible to create an LLC or other entity that could demand a seat?

Seems we have some great candidates here who could fill that seat and truly represent the iinterests of the common nvestor.

Is it possible...?
