Am I right that there are only two meaningful future events?

1 The expiration of the Appeal filing period re Judge Grewal's construction for Judge Chhabria, the exact date uncertain but probably mid-December-ish.

2 The TPL BK Court session under Judge Johnson on Dec 9 for which PTSC alread filed a complaint re TPL/Alliacense withholding the "work product" of Alliacense thus hindering the ability of Dominion/PTSC to pursue other potential infringers?
NOTE Is it possible that Alliacense is balking because the amount of documentation they could deliver falls far short of the hours they billed to PTSC/PDS?
