Mac Leckrone asserts that he has "always" been the President of Alliacense. So why did he cross out "Pres" and write in "Chmn" on the very last page?

Why did they not bring this up back in February?

Why did they agree to the "two list" idea at that time?

WHY AFTER ALL THESE YEARS DID THE PTSC BoD APPROVE THE PLAN OF OPERATION BACK IN FEBRUARY BEFORE THIS MATTER WAS SETTLED.

Did TPL make any (verbal) promises in the BK hearings that they are now breaking?

Is it not ironic that TPL cited multiple unwritten agreements in their ploy to get "exonerated" for all the asset movements out of TPL as listed in Exhibit F? What if Leckrone at some point had verbally agreed that PDS or PTSC would have access to the Work Product?

Maybe PDS should just demand a capital injection from each side. That will trigger TPL's Ch 7 I would hope, and that unwinds all the asset shifting done by the Leckrones. In any case that ought to happen anyway as I cannot see how TPL is able to pay anything to the Creditors.

This Leckrone/TPL skulduggery seems similar to the way Chuck Moore lost his grip on the MMP patents.
