I listened to the entire audio... IMHO, the judge is frsutrated and that he knows exactly what Lecky is up to. The judge, having the best interest of the creditors on his mind, wants this to get resolved ASAP. The funny part is, I am not sure that Lecky will even try to go after the companies on his list?

Here is what I found interesting, Lecky's attorney says PDS and PS can't end the agreement but he then said that Lecky hasn't gone after any ingfringers over the past few mo nths because PDS and PS endede the agreement. What is it?
