IMO, all legal doubts, that were brought up (on this board) in the past 10year regarding the work-product issues with the Leckrones, are NOW in front of Judge Johnson.

I am not sure (legal decisions not only in the U.S. are mostly a surprise for common sense) but i think Judge Johnson realises the delay tactics of the Leckrones.

70min. worth to listen (even with my limited englisch)

May be we will hear pretty soon from the BK Judge
