SGE - don't we want Judge Johnson to find in our favor regarding the wortk product and that PTSC/PDS owns the work product before DL would be forced into Chapt 7? I am afraid he would possibly flea to his Carribean house or the massion in England should he file Chap 7 and have to hand everything over.
