I believe that this Patent prosecution was seriously MIS-HANDLED, after Mr. Moore unfortunately chose a SLEAZE-BAG, unqualified,PSYCHOPATHIC,Crook to represent him.

The effort that was provided by HIM, was directed to enrich himself, at the expense of Moore and the PTSC S/H's.
