And why did I only post 3 times in 2015? Because every time I post I get the same non-responses as experienced again today. People voice criticism over (extremely rare) HL actions that may limit discussion. What do you call it when someone posts and is immediately attacked, and not about the content of the post, but the mere fact that a post was made. Does that impose a limit to discussion? You talk of track records - check that one out! For how many years?

You say "I have a bit more leinient aproach.. hoping discussion can work things out..". Well, where's the discussion? There is none, unless you call this BS, having nothing to do with PTSC at all, a "discussion".

As for PTSC as an investment, I've probably lost a lot more money than most here. Am I pissed? Yup, but I recognize that it was my decision to invest. It's just that I choose to direct my irritation at the real culprits who created this mess. PTSC management does bear responsibility for bad moves, but look what they've had to deal with! The guy Moore chose. I'm also pissed at the incompetence of the USPTO, and very frustrated with our wonderful judicial system.

Perhaps I should again just give up trying to use Agora for its supposed intended purpose. Unfortunately for me, I'm interested in the opinions of others and the contrast with mine. I also appreciate being corrected when wrong about facts, towards refining my opinions.

I was hoping that at this point, this forum may have matured to a level where there can be civil REAL discussion/argument to aid myself and others in navigating this investment. Looks like another hope dashed.
