Well...BOD IMO R/S will never work. never does in penny land,,,unless the company is about to recieve 100's of millions of $ and move to the Nas. Otherwise the stock moves up 80 % of the R/S amount, then they short it to death and in 3 months you are right back where you started.
You are better off to go Pink....then if everything works out you apply again...All imo
