Although at first glance it appears that Leckyscum has won with Johnson denial, it may be good for us in the long run. If Johnson did rule in our favor, I suspect it would have led to an appeal and possibly postponing the May arbitration. Now we wait for May and maybe, just maybe, the arbitrator will see it our way.

I would imagine that the other possibility is that we settle with Leckyscum prior to... I still find it somewhat comforting, although I have been told that I don't need a lot of comforting, that Judge Johnson insinuated that there is millions to be made, Leckyscum is fighting for this for a reason, Dominion apparently sees potential revenue and we have 400 or so potential lisencees yet to be served.
