And OBTW-In the past there have been significant votes against BOD proposals and for Shareholder proposals(although not accepted by the BOD JERKS). DO NOT use the past as an issue. NOW! NOW! This Reverse Split seems to be one that is an up/down majority vote by the stockholders. TRY, TRY, TRY -again!!!
