You know Boomer everything about this co.. is, and has been so secretive/concealed that I'm not certain the advice from a CPA/Tax Attorney would be worth the time , and effort. In my experience, I've never been involved with a Reverse Split that's benefited the shareholder, and I doubt this situation is any different.
It's obvious (to me at least) the co. put forth extra effort to get stockholders to vote in the upcoming SHAM. The Call(s), the Email, the Mail, etc.. are unlike any previous SHAM. I don't believe the communication is attempting to influence our vote one way or the other. Seems to be just making us aware there is a vote coming up. Your answer for this abnormal effort is as good a reason as any I could think of.
