Very brief. Cliff Flowers was the only one to speak (although my connection dropped for a few seconds). He said he was "accompanied" by CJ and Gloria F, Charlie Hoge, John Shoemaker (from accountants) and Tom Eppoliti (outside attorney) - sorry if spellings are wrong.
The approval of Executive pay failed, but it was just Advisory so it essentially passed.
The Reverse Split vote failed so now this board needs to get the stock obove 1 cent for a month or so or we get de-listed. It's not like they haven't already had a year or so to figure out how to do that without diluting existing shareholder power. Maybe Eric Swartz is hovering for another kill.
I didn't hear any Shareholder questions being explicity answered - no surprise really since that would involve work.
Access to the List of Shareholders was, in my opinion, presented in a way that made it difficult for viewers to find. I was using my iPad and it never showed even after scrolling up. So I used my Windows laptop just in case. On the laptop it was not visible with other documents under "Meeting Materials" but I finally noticed it in the bottom right hand corner in a quite small font.
Don't tell me this wasn't deliberate. Clicking the link opened a frame to enter personal information as well as my reason for viewing it and that I agreed with the associated Confidentiality Agreement.
I finally got the alphabetical list but it was in 7 segments. By the time I had glanced at page 1 Cliff had shut the meeting down and access to further pages was denied. I never even got see if I had my own entry!
