The statement will sound like this:

"Due to the recent vote against the reverse split management regrettably announces it must increase share price by selling a MMP license. It is a truly unfortunate circumstance that we find ourselves in at this junture but by increasing revenues we reluctantly feel is our only tool left to increase share price. Rest assured management has researched and exhausted every other pathway other than selling its MMP license but we find ourselves in this unfortunate circumstance."
