Shouldn't a corporate change of address and primary (only) phone number require notification to shareholders and possibly to the SEC?

To save you the trouble, the old phone number goes straight to "Disconnected" with no indication of the new number nor any automatic forwarding. So anyone one calling would assume PTSC is out of business which is untrue since it continues to deplete its waning funds by paying Cliff, Carlton and Gloria as well as an employee.
The new number does have a response with is following by the very amateurish sound of the handset being put back in its base cradle. Apparently PTSC can no longer afford even a $39 digital wireless phone with an Off button.
The message invites:
1 for Cliff Flowers
2 for Linda.... I couldn't decipher her last name but something like "Alcangriffin"
Also, the copyright at bottom right remains 2014. So much for legal diligence and attention to detail.
