Just looking at the 2Q2016 report opens a bunch of questions.

On June 30 TPL has $482K balance. Why wasn't that used to pay back debtors? They have the gall to say they will pay back from license proceeds and when disputes with patent owners are resolved, yet they hold on to about half those proceeds in Q2. Is that underlined clause in the Plan or was it just added in?

Since the start of the Plan TPL has apparently paid out to debtors only $243K leaving a huge balance of $41.6M. Why? Are they accruing for their year end bonuses, 401k matches, sales trips to the Virgin Islands and Davos? Does Ms. Neal's daughter need a bigger flat or university bills paid? Who knows with the history of these people? Can we trust that the Trustee is monitoring and auditing all this?

Someone needs to lift Venkidu and Leckrone(s) up by the ankles (or anywhere below their centers of gravity) and shake out all the Krugerrands.
