You miss the point. .10 is not significant. PTSC was .10+ a few weeks ago. Why didn`t Banks buy then. If you are willing to buy at .10 then you should certainly be willing to buy at .08. .10 is not a significant indicator either way. Using it as a benchmark is ``silly to me``. Just my humble opinion..
