...As I recall, the MMP not to long ago was placed in a new LLC, with DL the LLC Manager...
So far, I did not read that at all, but may i missed it. I read about the accepted (by Creditors Commitee) transfer of Core Flash, managed by Susan Anhalt, but not MMP.
