Both ways are possible why i like PTSC :-))))
In the short run a single settlement of 50 mio. and in the long run many settlements with 5-50 mio, than would be fine!
I`ve just saw an very intresting information about the biggest chip companies. There are a lot very well known companies PTSC or TPL kept an eye on.
