I think it is interesting that the woman judge basically said that if the claim construction ended with the first half (in her words, with a period)and then stopped, that we would not be here today. She blames the attorney that wrote the claim construction that he went to far and that basically he is to blame. How will one attorney's ambiguous description weigh on the whole technology.

I actaully think that the judges feel as though they defendents are looking to take advantage of PTSC's attorney's ambiguity and will this determine the fate of the entire company? But I guess that is what this is all about.

I think we may be in for a surprise to be very honest with you!
