TPL and the J4, and their numerous subsidiaries, have filed a joint motion in Texas requesting an extension to file answers and/or pleadings. They`re asking for up until Jan 11, or in the case of what appear to be the four parent companies, until Mar 16 of `06.

So it would seem that regardless of what`s decided in Calif, things are on hold in Texas for at least a few more weeks.

The Texas motion was made by both TPL and the opposing parties.

And Ms. Felcyb bought her shares on Dec 16........
