One would have to think that this life line would move them closer to settlement discussions...

Note to past and present infringers, settlements tend to be cheaper than continued litigation and potential treble damages! As a matter of fact, they may have even had settlement discussions already...

And if this goes back to the NDOC, Grewal is gone so that changes everything.
