While they explictly state that the changes are relatively minor and may not change the ultimate outcome, I'm not sure that matters. I say that because I don't think the court vacated and remanded just those minor parts of the CC, but by default the ENTIRE CC. Therefore, the most recent CC is no longer valid unless I'm wrong on that point. Whether that means we're back to the previous VALID CC is beyond my pay grade, but it seems to me PTSC/TPL is open to fight for a new Claims Construction in total, rather than just in part if they wish to do so.
