Actually, my recollection is that this latest CC was the most damaging to the MMP, not beneficial to infringement claims.   That's why I believe it's good news that it's been vacated and remanded.

While I'd love to see it, at this point I'm not optimistic that there will be any great PR stating that we're in the driver's seat because of the ruling.  Rather, it seems more likely that some additional companies will agree to settle rather than prolong the legal battle and incur additional fees.  Good for the MMP bottom line, but unlikely to move the needle all that much IMO.  Maybe I'm wrong.  Hope so.
