Hmmmm, why Stuttgart...?

may this has to do (on top of Court of Appeals - vacated and remanded) with the EP 730 european patent counterpart of MMP?

(In the EU a different (to US) burden of proove exists!)

A "reversal of the burden of proove" now in mind in the EU....?
