Late day volume and price increase bodes well for today. Nothing goes straight up so a little pull back may be in order. Waiting for the BOD announcement is bitter sweet. We are moving higher with no comments so what happens when they open their mouths? If what they have to say is very encouraging, I always question their timing of when the comments are published. If memory serves me correctly it was always a Friday before a three day weekend or right before a snow storm so no one was in the office. They want snow in the NE this weekend. Oh boy!

So we hit $.02 yesterday, maybe we cross the $.025 mark but can it hold on? We need a few settlements and something out of Dominion if the timing is right for that.
