They aleady made their "announcement" soon after the Appelate Court decision became known.

They are going to rent some brains to tell them what to do.

Quite why they couldn't have prepared plans for possible outcomes while the Appeal dragged on is beyond me.

If the Appellate Court had sided with the District then write themselves checks, vacuum the floor and turn in the keys. Maybe sue TPL, Alliacense and the Leckrones and their buddies first, just to make us think they care.

If the Appellate Court had ordered a reversal to Grewal's original successful construction then Game On. They'd already have the license demands, so print and sign them, print the envelopes and pop them in the mail. Sit back and wait for the checks to come in. Maybe re-read all the court papers so they are fresh if litigation ensues.

For the actual decision handed down they could already have prepared whatever is needed to resurrect the District Court litigation, including making 101% sure the "Stipulation" is nullified. Make TPL pay into PDS too.

Maybe they were hoping this would be the end. Cliff Flowers, having mostly overseen the decimation of this company 10 times over ($2 to 2¢), would somehow get his undeserved and excessive severance package, Gloria Felcyn has a nice retirement nest egg thanks to her money-for-nothing stipends and Carlton Johnson probably has other $100,000 sources of annual income - or his Uncle Swartz could find some other innocent company in which to infiltrate him.

I wonder what the April 10-Q will expose, and the SHAM to follow.
